Richard Stein is an Administrative Law Judge and has presided over hundreds of cases relative to administrative actions. Richard also maintains a successful law practice in criminal, civil and administrative law, and has a broad range litigation practice includes property damage claims. He is an articulate arbitrator and has been involved in the most relevant legal developments that have taken place in connection with resolving complex contract disputes in recent years. A former Assistant District Attorney in the Homicide and Major Offense Bureaus, he was also supervisor in the District Attorney’s Office maintaining oversight of new attorneys. A former managing partner of a major New York City Law Firm, Richard is currently an Administrative Judge for the City of New York. In addition, to his current private law practice, his unending experience focuses on corporate, estate, personal injury, criminal, real estate, and wills, and more. He obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University, School of Law. Richard has received peer recognition and numerous accolades for all his work throughout his career. He is valued as a respected member of various affiliations such as; the New York State Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and the Bronx Bar Association to name a few. In addition, Richard has been granted prestigious authority to apply his practice in all the Courts in New York State and in the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts.
