Leonard Morton has a multi-layered knowledge in architectural hearings based on obligations to meet the code compliance and safety violations. He has pioneered cases in litigation counsel for real estate, construction, corporate bankruptcies and commercial litigation. Len has a diversified background as an invaluable member of counsel to Russo & Burke, as well as, GoldStick, Weighnberger, Feldman & Grossman. At Russo & Burke he handled all matters from state to federal cases involving personal injury, estates, trusts, and federal matters involving corporate conversion and fraud. As counsel to Goldstick, Weighnberger, Feldman, and Grossman, Leonard lead the cases for state and federal negotiations with employment law, real estate, and commercial litigation. Len’s experience is matched by his refined education with a bachelor degree in political science from the University of Michigan and obtained his Juris doctor in law from Fordham University School of Law. His achievements while at Ohrenstein and Brown, LLP provided the firm with Len’s supervisory skills to mentor and train junior associates in cases in the areas of commercial litigation. He also manages his own popular New York City law office that has a prestigious client list.
